Well... in Latin America we say that Peruvians are ugly (pretty much like the Mexican stereotype) and they are kind of submissive, quite, old-fashioned, etc. and no they don't speak English, they'd rahter speak Quechua of Spanish than English.

For beautiful Latin women avoid Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia and Mexico. The rest are just fine.

Well since I live in Peru I can say the last answer is false. It really depends where you are, for example, in the capital, there is great diversity of races however the majority are tan or brown. There are also blondes, redheads, whites, asian-peruvian, afro-peruvian etc. and I must say it's just like the states, some are ugly and others are jaw-dropping beautiful. The last comment stated that in general, all women here are old fashioned. Not true, the majority act similar to the girls in the states, they are harder to get as they do have that one specific characteristic. The majority speak Spanish however moving to the mountains like Cusco people will speak Spanish and Aymara or Quechua. Some in the capital can comprehend and speak english. All in all I'll give them average to exotic for those outside.

Lima its huge and multiracial you can find any type mostly they look white to me

blonde brunettes i think brasil peru and argentina have the majority of good looking girls in south america i went to different countries in south america and i saw bolivians really have that mexican stereotype also chileans, they have some weird looking eyes

I went to NY and miami and i noticed that latin girls are hotter in miami than NY you only see ugly latin americans in NY or texas but not here in Peru beautiful girls don't here in Lima stay in Lima
