Me and my family are going to Costa Rica this summer, we leave June 29. . I plan on fishing from the shore. Could anyone advise me on what would be my best choices for baits and lures. Also any recommendations on what pound test and pole length would be appreciated. I am an experienced fishermen just not in the ocean. Do I have to have a fishing license for Costa Rica or anything like that? Thanks in advance
