How to sell raffle tickets on my website.?

No one can sell raffle tickets without a licence.

There would be no governing body to protect ticket buyers and their funds.

I'm sure there are ways to do this, however your looking at some expenses in unfortunately. The ways I can suggest are if you have ever been on facebook, (and who hasn't) the instant messages or the message board, you can make something like that, and say here' what I am doing. If your interested place bids and the auction will end promptly at such time. You can do this on facebook, or there are free sites out there you can make that show this kind of interface or program if you will. There is also ebay. That's a great way to do it as well. Again, the bids are there and everyone can see what the bids are and who can out bit who. Just a suggestion and I do this as well, because times are hard, maybe throw in something like a $10 gas card from a national brand gas station. The bids usually will start flying then.

Good Luck.

With the very high level of fraud on the internet, some individual setting up a sweepstake on a simple site will scream ripoff, ebay is probably your best bet. In the U.S. things like sweepstakes requires 3rd party to oversee the process.

In the UK you might this sort of raffle would need a licence.
