2. Get any equipment you will need to handle the extra amount of business. Make sure to have the equipment in place before you promise additional products to customers. Once you have the equipment ready, you can continue to ready the business for expansion.
3. Assess whether the current number of employees can handle the new business load. If they can't, hire enough employees to handle the new numbers.
