Do you think this is a scam and why?

Most likely a scam. They must be selling Professional Training programs for you to pay up front to supposedly get trained, then since it is 'set your own work hours' means you are to solicit jobs from various dentists around town and hope to get jobs working for yourself. All these add up to scam. I used to do a little scamming until I became a Christian and stopped, only try now to warn people of scams. Good day.

Unless you sent a resume to that specific company and for that specific job, it is a scam.

100% of random job solicitations are scams designed to relieve you of your money.

Scam.

Bushiness will not use a AOL account, their business address will be from their business domain.

Is it work from home?

Guess what then, it's a scam.

They will get you to pay upfront for materials. That's how they get you.
