Australia, has to be Sydney for sure.
There are so many. I live right on top of London, and it is one of the world's top 3 party cities, with easy access day and night, so it is definitely one of my top places. Others include Manchester, Newcastle and Brighton in the UK, as well as Amsterdam, Ibiza, Istanbul (Beyoglu and Taksim) Paris, Berlin, Barcelona, Madrid and Prague on continental Europe.
In the Americas, New York is an equivalent to London, and Miami has a fun vibe, whereas Montreal has a unique energy in the summer months. Las Vegas is the entertainment capital of the world, and seemingly has a nightclub in every hotel (just don't in the height of summer!) Rio de Janeiro is fantastic because Brazilians love partying, and Buenos Aires has a vibrant, self-expressive feel.
Elsewhere in the world, Tokyo is fantastic for clubbing and the people there are mad. Sydney is similar to Miami and Montreal in that it comes alive in the peak season, and life is lived outdoors and people become very open and friendly. All are great places to go clubbing.
