Make a Black Box, BB, that floats to the surface or else has a very long lasting battery. A BB that is always GPS enabled would be desirable too.. I do understand that materials used for the BB would not work in the overall construction of the plane.

It's a little late to be asking that question. We've made lots of them already.

Another new one would probably be too many for Congressional tax-paid junkets..
