Not really. The point of these kits is supposed to be that it makes you a Scottish laird, but it really doesn't. It's about as real as the company that says they'll name a star after you. Cool funny gift, but don't count on being able to build a house on your one square foot of Scotland.
It may be real but as much use as a chocolate teapot. If you want to buy me something Scottish I'd rather have a bottle of whiskey.
It might be real. It's probably like one square inch. It's just a gimick, but if this person really likes their pet rock......
Check out Woody Allen's movie "Love and War"; his father carries around a piece of "land" (sod) in his coat and tells Woody "one day this will all be yours."
I've seen these things before and it probably is real, but I struggle to see the point?
sure...like a square foot....I own one...it came with a bottle of single malt...forty bucks ammerican...what value cof a pound sterling
probably a cubic inch usable for nothing
I saw something that states you can buy a small- very small- plot of land in Scotland for someone as a gift for like £29. You will then get official paper work about the piece of land. Is this real?
