Free parking territories in london?

So, my friend needs to move somewhere, but because he has so many vehicles it will cost a lot, the place he lived before had free parking, no permits needed.

So i saw in croydon that it is free to park, but my friend is not suited there.could i have some roads in west london, or all of them, that have free, legal parking

It depends on the time of day. Anywhere within the congestion charge area is going to be mainly paid parking. After 7pm, there are some places you can park for free but not many. Waterloo Bridge is one of those. Residential areas outside the congestion zone will have free parking but these will be away from any tube station.

Cars and London do not go together. Very little parking that is very expensive. Daily charge to drive into central London. Public transport is excellent

The closer you get to the centre of London the less parking there is. Free or otherwise.

No chance, you dreamer. Everywhere that close to the centre has residents parking only. There will be no free parking anywhere.

guys i found a free parking spot a couple months ago. i forgot this was going on
