I'm from England and it sucks here, NZ is a hell lot better than England, I know that Canada is closer tho but New Zealand is more instrusting to me, I don't Australia whatsoever and I don't like America anymore either, I know there Wales Scotland Ireland Europe etc but I rather like NZ for its isolation and far away from everywhere, I know more about NZ than the UK, I just want to get away when I feel frustrated with life in England it pisses me off that Brits are ignorant of other cultures witch hurts me badly why

Because you were BORN where You Are ! And THAT's the "Place" you should try to make "Better"- by making Your-SELF, a Better Person IN it. :)

If you have money you may be able to gain an investment visa for your desired country. Otherwise, you could land a job in those countries and work there for some period of years to gain permanent residence status and once you've done that you can wait additional years and turn that status and Naturalize as a New Zealander citizen. Although remember such process takes lots of TIME and MONEY. The rest is easy, moving and accomadation are available as long as you have finance, a decent job and a legal visa status.

Do you believe either country would want a bloody moaning git like you as a citizen? If you dislike the UK so much why not bugger off now ,France is just 22 Miles away try them .
