I think you should trust your doctor! He knows more than about that kind of stuff than anyone one here. If your doctor said you should take a medication, chances are it will probably help. It may take a while to kick in and for your body to adjust and heal, if it dosent get better by the time you finish the perscripted amount I would see your doctor again. I think it just need some time!! Hope this helped!
You went to the dpctor, and now you are asking if you should take the medicine he ordered for you? Hmmm? Well, of course, you should take the medicine he ordered for you!
Hannah,
who do you trust more, your doctor or somebody on this forum that probably doesn't know anything about medicine, and if this person does how would you know?
I went to Honduras for a week and didn't have any problems with my stool. After I got back I have been using the restroom on a normal schedule, but whenever I go I have very runny stools. My doctor prescribed me Ciprofloxacin HCL in case of bacterial infection since the drinking water is not safe there but I tried to stay away from the water. I was wondering if I should take the Cipro or not, because I am not using the restroom more frequently than normal, just its very runny stools (which is not normal). This has been happening for 6 days now. Thanks in advance.
