Do you know where Portugal is located? It is in Europe, not in South America. In Portugal there are no "mestizos" (white and Amerindian mix) or Amerindians. There are some "mesti?os" (that you described as mulatto), blacks, Chinese, Indian (from India), Brazilians, Ukrainian... Many of them are Portuguese. Lisbon is the more diverse place in Portugal the rest of the country is just white European people.
