Excuse yourself heshan or whatever i live in Ireland it is a wonderful place to live and has one of the best education systems . Australia is good but gets borin after awhile due to lack of any significant buildings of beauty and culture also do not forget that both ireland and England are n Europe surrounded by some of the worlds most beautiful cities , i wish people would be less ignorant of other countries being here a month or a week is hardly worthy of your insight .. Go to Ireland or England they might be cold but sure Spain is only 2 hours away,,

England put on a show for the olympics when the masses of foreigners came, smiling and all but at heart this nation is the home of 'bah humbug' and should not be considered as a place to learn English as there is a huge crisis in the education system with corruption and stupidity over university funds and stuff like that.
Ireland is in financial hell, and is cold, by the way England and Ireland have the worst weather on the planet, if you like sun don't come here (the sun during the olympics was the only sun in 2012, hence why there we so many brits sunbathing in the olympic park) and also it rains and rains, not like proper rain in monsoon countries just useless drizzle.
Go to Australia, home to nice people, home to something called sun, which being a Brit have rarely seen in my home country, and also home to great cities like Sydney and Melbourne, rather than the great city of London which aint even that great- rather boring actually and ques everywhere, containing about the population of ireland in each and every one of them!
Probably Australia is the best.Because it is good for studies as well as to live. England and Ireland aren't the best places to live.These days people do not go to England much for studies as it is in a crisis..
