Could someone please make a list of the Latin- American country's from the safesd to the most dangerous?

I would say Costa Rica is safest.

Go to wikipedia and look at national homicide rates, their entry is based on UN statistics and is more accessible than the official suicide rates. Chile is the safest (the only Latin American country with a murder rate less than the U.S.) followed by Argentina, Urugyay and Bolivia Honduras, El Salvador are the most dangerous (having the highest homicide rates on the planet) but Venezuela and Guatemala are bad too.

mmmmm Small countries less incidents. I think in Latin America, Nicaragua.

As I say all my friends, Capitals all around the world are busiest and dangerous so America isn't a difference. You can travel all nicaragua with no problems just be carefull with their police if you drive there.
