Read the part where it says "Implications for the American Immigration Debate", it talks about how education affects IQ, as i said before, Peru has a better education for its citizens, thus it has a higher I.Q., Ireland had an IQ of 87, but then they improved the education system and got a higher IQ (Ireland used to be a third world country for much of its history)

Note that Latin America is the world′s most unequal region, that is why there is so much violence, because the poor are trying to find ways to steal from the very rich by selling drugs, kidnapping, joining organized crime, etc. kind of like what happened to Italy with it′s mafia when it was so unequal, so it bothers me when people say "Oh, Mexico is just rich because of the drug lords." that speech ignores the Mexican achievements and individuality, I′m Mexican and my favorite music is "Nena" from Miguel Bose, so please don′t stereotype us as you do in your movies, (I′m from the middle class), besides, Russia and China have very powerful mafias and that doesn′t mean that they have what they have because of them, in fact, they have them because of their inequality.

NOTE: There is someting very important that you need to know, I don`t know why, but many Latin Americans judge the economy of the nations by the way they play soccer, so if you ask a Latin American about the best nation in Latin Ameria, they will answer by how good they are playing soccer, many Mexicans think that because they can beat the United States in soccer that they can also beat the U.S. in economics, in South America, they think that Spain is the best economy in Europe and that the South Americans are better than several European countries because they can beat them at soccer, it`s not the majority, but many of them think that way; in fact, since Argentina and Colombia are the best soccer teams in 2013, you will see in Yahoo Answers that they are saying that Argentina and Colombia are the best economies in the region, because thats how soccer shows it to be.
Mexico. The Aztecs, the Mayas, the Olmecs, the Zapotecs, the Toltecs... Cinco de Mayo is Mexican. The Day of the Dead, El Dia de los Muertos, is Mexican. We have Mexican food. The Southwest has strong Mexican roots. Mexico has mariachi, tequila, chihuahua dogs, etc. Mexico is better. What else do people know about Peru besides the Incas and Machu Picchu?
I think Peru, but than I live in Peru, so maybe I am biased. Mexico has a lot of crime, one of the highest in the world. For smarts, there is actually a chart that shows average I.Q. by country. But I don't think that people in Mexico are usually more intelligent.Tourist attractions, Peru has Macchu Picchu. And I think that more tourists come to peru. Not that that matters for anything or determines that a country is better.

Me and a peer had a discussion over who was better, Mexico or Peru? We want to know what other people think. We were arguing that mexico was better in smart,sports, and grade. Along with tourist attractions.
