That would be a good time for visiting Colorado. You can see the attractions of Denver and also get out to Rocky Mountain National Park for nature and the wildlife.
Egypt
I would suggest anywhere between Maryland and New England. Their harsh winters will be long gone and their are lots of parks, sports, camping, and cities to visit.
Yosemite NP and Avenue of the Giants! And, since your up there, the Redwoods NP!
