Mexico is most likely a better place if you want to invest in some business, and also if you like Latin American and/or Native American culture. It's also definitely better if you're an artist and want to reach a larger audience.
I have no idea, I've never been to Mexico and I don't want to go there. I live in Argentina, I love it. I wouldn't live in other Latin American country.

In any way, does it have a higher human development index? In what aspects is Argentina better? Right now I'm living in Mexico but as soon as I'm old enough to go anywhere, I want to move to Argentina.
