I would suggest first finding out where you can get visa and a job, the job often needed to get the visa.
But if you do have the choice, Switzerland, with the mountains it has snow every winter and its economy is fabulous.
Spain, again go near mountains, even in the south of the country can you get snow every winter but Spain has the advantage of mild weather in the rest of the country, so it will be possible to escape the worst of the cold weather.
In addition to winter snow, have you thought about any other requirements or issues - visas? Cost of living? Job options? Language requirements?

Have you thought about moving to the "SNOWY MOUNTAINS" or Mt Bulla etc etc areas where you get snow every winter and then you wont have to leave Australia?

Switzerland. Hands down. Friendly people. If you don't know how to ski just bring some crutches. You can pick up lots of pretty girls that way
