It is the "swiss" of America. No army. Stability. People are very kind and respectful. Tourists are welcome. Living conditions are the best from Mexico to Chile. Temperature is warm all year-long.
A lot of people, "ticos", speak also English.

It really depends on your job. What do you like to do? what are you expecting? However, after visiting some countries in Latin America I will choose Brazil or Colombia because I work in cosmetics.

i recommend Colombia i have live there all my live, there is so much beauty in Colombia, you can choose if you like tropical weather or normal there is no snow in there.
also Argentina very nice place
not Venezuela (nothing against Venezuelan people)
or Chile to many earthquakes jk
but any of this is a nice place to live in.
South Americans are very nice people.
If language is not a problem which country in the South American belt is best to live in , in terms of jobs , living conditions , affordable real estate prices and etc etc .
