I've visited most of Europe, the Caribbean and North America. In my experience there are interesting things to see and do anywhere you go. What's best for you really depends on your interests.
I've been all over Croatia, Bosnia, USA (Chicago), Germany, and Netherlands. I recommend Amsterdam to visit because as a Canadian (where generally a lot of us are nice), everyone there was soo nice and friendly. It's not necessarily beach weather if that's what you're looking for, but it has beautiful buildings and sites. You could also go and see the house of Anne Frank if you're into that. Croatia is where my family is from so we go there a lot, and it's beautiful and has beautiful beaches and really hot weather. I love Croatia. (Most people don't know where that is or have ever heard it and just so you know it's by Italy). Bosnia I wouldn't recommend (right next to Croatia) because during the war many buildings were destroyed and it's just in terrible shape. (I'm also from there). Canada is nice depending on where you go, just make sure you come in the summer because its cold 24/7 in the winter. (Not stereotyping I'm dead serious it's -10°C an it's surprisingly warm today). My sisters have been to Thailand and they LOVED it. Unfortunately I haven't been there. But yeah I kinda just told you stories about myself but these are places that I suggest. I DEFINITELY suggest Croatia by the way :)
I have a been to almost every island in the Gulf of Mexico area like Cuba and the Bahamas and such.
I have spent a summer in Italy for a foreign exchange program.
I have been to almost ever state in the USA(I live in Canada)
I am going a foreign exchange program for a semester to Japan next year and I can't wait.
Each country has something good to offer you should tell me what you like and are looking ip for in a country.
And I am only 15 years old
For culture I would say Japan
For food I would say Italy, Germany or France
For relaxation any one of the islands in the Caribbean or Gulf of Mexico.
For scenery B.C. Canada or Switzerland or Japan or Germany. Basically anywhere with nice mountains.
Well I live in New Zealand and have travelled to Australia, USA (well LA), England (lived there for a couple of years), Ireland, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Czech Republic, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia and Singapore.
I think thats all the places. I liked most of them for different reasons. New Zealand rates pretty well I have to say.
Spain, Cyprus, Kos, Florida, Sri-Lanka, India & Madeira. All so beautiful. I've been to Kos & Florida twice. I was born in Sri-Lanka, stayed there until 2 to 3 years old but came home every two month to visit family & then lived in India until I was 4 to 5 years old & did the same then. I still now visit Cyprus(Greek island) every few years as my dad lives there but works around the world internationally as a civil engineer. I love Kos(Greek island) when I had experiences there to, I'm wanting to go back to Kos, aiyanappa(in Cyprus), Ibiza or Magaluf either this summer or next. - recommended as party destinations. Cyprus & other Greek islands have lots of cultured people who are really very kind people. Florida is good for entertaient purposes in the respect to waterparks, theme parks & tourist attractions. Journeys in Europe only take up to around 4 to 5 hours maximum. I went to Spain with four of my friends & all of our families at age 13. It's a very nice place for family holidays. I went on the cruise, to Cyprus one time & to Florida one time with one of my best friends & our mothers. I went to Kos with 15 of my family members(cousins, aunts, Grandma, friends, etc) I think you can't really know thoroughly about a destination until you have tried it out. Just be intrigued & try out lots of experiences. That's exactly what life's about:-)
Cuba is the best country for travel great weather beautiful landscape plenty of history and culture pus sexy people.

i recomend you don't go europe, just so boring! Paris is nowhere near as good as everyone says it is, traffic, rude people etc. Spain and Italy aren't lookin to good either now with finance crisis causing higher crime and unemployment, same in greece whilst UK is filled with gangs that will attack you, so not so good. Germany and Belgium don't have those issues but are boring and bulgaria and latvia are kinda depressing places.
i recomend namibia and laos the most as they aren't as touristy as Thailand and Peru but those places are good aswell!

Europe is the best. Must go to Italy and Paris! :)
