It depends on what city you're in.
I would go to the salvation army first. Then find a place where you can get shelter, food and water without walking too far. Water is pretty easy to find. Find a drinking fountain (or even a bathroom sink) and fill up some bottles. There's lots of ways to find food but the simplest is to walk around wal-mart's parking lot and pick up some change, buy some ramen noodles then go to a 7-11 and ask to cook it in their microwave. Shelter is easy during the day (libraries, malls or any government building) but night is the tricky part. Try to find a place where you can sleep and be safe and protected from the elements.
Panhandling is a great way to make money. I've estimated some of those guys could make six figures if they did it 40 hours a week.
Go to a homeless shelter or a church to seek help.
Go to the local rescue mission in whatever city you're in. You can find them with a simple internet search.
You obviously have enough money to pay that internet bill...
Your grammar just gave me cancer.
