Call 3 different travel agents. Tell each you need a package tour price for St. Thomas (U.S.V.I.) and/or St. John (U.S.V.I.). Cost change due to season, how long they stay and hotel locations.
Other idea's: Shop for a ballpark price using your computer. Include flying to St. Thomas or arriving by Tour ship.
Somtimes a travel agent can put people on a list of Tour Groups to save money.
The main thing is DON'T GIVE UP !! You will be taking many-many notes, and hear about many-many different prices. The second you find the best deal... book it and pay for it once you understand yes/no there is a fee to change everything. The cost and details for a trip like this can change in 30 seconds due to "deregulations", airline/ship and ground situations.

Bristol tennesse for the nascar race in a few weeks. Its not really romantic but there are parties everywhere and there is so much fun things to do. We go every year so might see them there. If you call the race track they have a massive screen and when you call them they can put a message oike happy anniversery there and who its from.

There are plenty of activities that one can do there at the beaches and green rain forest
