Some do legally & illegally..MOST do NOT.....NOT GUN CRAZY like some in USA....In Switzerland men do military service each year to age 50 and keep one at home......Manages to be the most civilised place in all EUROPE....

No. I mean, some people do - police, hunters, a few people who got a permit. But generally, no, people survive just fine without carrying a gun everywhere they go.
Where I have been in Europe a good number do, They are mainly hunters.
Ye they do and have for centuries, long before the US was found.
