Peru and Bolivia have pretty good prices, but $20 would be enough for only the food you need in a week. and if you're white then they'll charge you triple prices thinking you are a rich tourist
Hi there,
Bolivia is the cheapest country in South America. However, if you want to survive on $ 10-20 a week or less then you would have less than a local, and they are very poor. In other words, your number is unrealistic.
You could survive in a place like Bolivia or Paraguay on $20-$25 a week but barely. Even in these countries a person living on less than $18 per day is considered to be living in severe poverty and would probably not have access to running water, electricity and healthcare and if they lived in a city it would be hard to get adequate food as well. That said, there are many people in these countries that have to live on $15-20 a week but they are not doing well by any definition.
Venezula. but they probably not accept the dollar, peru is very well devol op ed thanks to cocaine, same with colombia. argentina is expensive. brazil very expensive. mexico is part of north america. belieze is a little bittie country seperating north and south america its the number one place people go to escape anything. belieze is good this time of year
In all the countries of South America in which one(s) is it possible to survive on $10-20 per week or less?
