Germany or Norway/Denmark/Sweden (Scandinavia)
I myself live in Germany and it's very good here. But I've heard that living in Norway/Scandinavia is the best there is.
The answer to your question depends on a lot of things.
Many people, particularly Canadians and Americans, consider their country to be the best. Many people are most comfortable in their own language and culture, with familiar climate and food and the like. If you have a comfortable lifestyle and decent employment in your own country, chances are that you will consider your own country to be the best no matter where you live. There are millions of people around the world who are comfortable where they are, and wouldn't thank you for the opportunity to move to Canada or the USA.
Some people think that the Scandinavian countries are the best, because of their social programs. These are people who very often do not want to pay their fair share of social programs, and like the fact that people in their new country will carry them.
in my opinion NEPAL is the best country to live because the environment of here is very sutiable for live.
USA, I love my country and wouldn't even consider living anywhere else. We do have some fat and rude people here though.
