Google banned all of the 11 million free .co.cc domains from their index a while ago. If you had such a domain, I assume webmaster tools would have notified you.
I had your problem too when i launched my website. I waited for 40 days and it got ranked, surprisingly on 1st page for curtain keywords with a little of SEO. Trust me, i felt hopeless when my site is not ranked in the first 40days.
Don't forget to submit your links at:

Check robots settings either in the back end or robots.txt file. Make sure you are allowing the bots to crawl your site.
Do more directory and bookmarks submissions to attract Googlebot to your site.

My website has not been indexed by Google and Bing, despite being verified in the Webmaster's Tool more than two weeks ago.
I know the Sandbox effect is just a myth, so its not that.
I ran a blacklist check and the domain is clean.
No messages from either Google or Bing thus far.
I've tested the sitemap and it is working fine.
I've even successfully fetched the index page using both Google and Bing's fetch tool.
Any ideas, guys?
