ioffer.com doesn't not have a great reputation, it's a marketplace for individual sellers not big enough to run their own site, there are lots of Chinese fakes there and I assume some fly by night operators who may rip people off, except for perhaps some ioffer seller history you really can't investigate these small time operators.

The 1500+ reviews is a big plus

I used Google image search to find other sellers using the same image (ripoffs may well use others catalog photos) saw a couple of other classified site ads for the same, and here is a whole supplier showing them.
