According to my experience France and Canada are the best country to enjoy vacations. I visited Canada many times sometime with my family and some time with my friends. This country offers a plenty of attractions for visitors. The Niagara Falls, Banff National Park, Canadian Rockies and Jasper National Park are the most famous attraction for visitors.
What are you into Robert, your question is two vague or wide open. I live in Canada so I would be extrmely biased. But I have been to loads of countries for my work and vacations, and I like diving.
The two countries that top my list, are Australia and South Africa.
If you leave it to late for us up here in Canada, you may as well pack your ski gear.
I say Continental Europe as a whole because most countries are a 2 day train ride away from each other
