it works. I cheked now. May be, you should try to delete cookies/temporary files in your browser settings.

If you prefer using a website, Google Translate can do it.

There are some tricky letters, but you type more letters for one letters (like it sounds) or hunt and peck.

Or right click on language panel, options, add, russian, apply, to shift with alt+shift or ctrl+shift (for win), to type from memory. :-P

Stopped working for me too... Must be sanctions from VVP in place already :)
