So my mom and dad are albanian. They are both born and raised there, but when my dad was in his twenty's, he moved to Greece. He lived there in 10 years, and my mom lived there in 6 years. And then my mom got pregnant with me, and gave birth to me in Greece, Athens. - But when i was nearly 10 months old, we moved to Denmark. And we still live here.
And when people ask what nationality I am, i dont know what to answer.
Oh, and my grandparents live in Albania, but my aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. live in Greece.
If, as you say, your parents were living in Greece and you were born in Greece, you can claim Greek citizenship.
In fact you are of Albanian ethincityl by descent and depending where your parents declared your birth you have the right to claim natinality. Most children born in Greece were declared in the Albanian Embassy in Athens and in doing so you are Albanian national. If your parents did not do so, then, you are Greek. They should tell you where they registered your birth, and you take it from there.
One thing is for sure, you are not Danish, unless you have aquired citizenship on account of prolonged stay depending the Danish law on immigrants.
Which country's passport do you hold? If you have an Albanian passport then you are Albanian. I've lived in 7 different countries but I don't tell people I'm French or Finnish or Danish just because I used to live in those countries. I am not a citizen of those countries
You say: "So my mom and dad are albanian" you're an Albanian in blood and DNA which is all that matters. Jesus was born next to horses and cows too but he wasn't a cow, was he?
You was never Greek and you will never become Greek even if they register you as Greek citizen. You are ethic Albanian and at some point you may become a Danish citizen.
You are a Danish citizen of Albanian heritage.
What country is your birth certificate from, and what nationality is your passport? These documents show which country you are a citizen of, and that is your nationality. It doesn't matter what country you live in, it's your nationality that counts.
you are Danish. since legally all of your ID is from there. but you have albanian origins. and dont loose it. will be proud once for that. (everyone has a secretly a strong proudness of their origins. it is the spice what makes you special, different from everyone)
Your Nationality is Albanian, and your Citizenship its Albanian and Greek!
nationality comes from parents. If both your parents are Albanian, then so are you.

Albanian, moving a place doesn't mean you have to claim that place
