1) We're average, I guess...
2) Alba Iulia! The real capital of Romania! For education I'd say Iasi, or Bucuresti for high school.
3) For what? The flights and everything? Compared to Britain, Romania is relatively cheap.
4) Schools are fine I suppose, you'd be better off taking a train to France and going to a boarding school like I am going to do soon(I'm from Basarabia btw).
5) Spring is about the same
Summer is boiling hot, I remember this summer it peaked aproximately 47C in Bucuresti
Autumn is colder
Winter is one of the worst in Europe, we may be East, but man oh man is the winter cold! Colder than Canada! Or at least Montreal.
1)Generally,Romanians are good and welcoming people.Beware of the Gipsies!They are thieves and jerks.
2)In my opinion, the cities in the region called Ardeal are the best like Cluj-Napoca,Sibiu,Timisoara or Sighisoara(the most beautiful one);
3)I think it will be cheap for you to live there;
4)Yes,schools are good;
5)There are 4 distinct seasons in Romania.Summers are very hot(around 26-35 C degrees) but winters are very harsh(last year,there were temperatures between -5 and -15 at the end of January till the end of February).Think of Canada but with a little bit warmer and shorter winters.Winter,generally,lasts till the middle of March.Last year it started at the end of January and it was very harsh and there were heavy snows.Spring and autumn are long and beautiful.
