Of course there are. One thing is that the foreign cuisine in the west has been "americanized". Chinese food in America does not look the same as in China. It's completely different. Americans have made everything into fast food and take aways.
Those are all dishes of many American chains. Many of the dishes are actually creations of American enterprise. The big chains are all over the world. I don't know of any food that is American in origin.
