For me the first place would be any of the countries bordering Iguazu Falls in South America - maybe Argentina. Since I live in Italy and have a home in Colorado in the US, I've already seen a lot of Europe, North America and the Caribbean, but have never been to South America although I've been close enough to see the coast of Venezuela. I particularly like waterfalls and Iguazu looks spectacular. http://www.iguazuargentina.com/
Iceland, not a typical holiday resort but some of the stuff is amazing. Such as the spa's that mean you can be in the coldest most baron place imaginable in a pool of water that's hot as its being heated up by the volcanic activity below. Plus huge glaciers that are only moving inches per year but as they are miles long you can hear them screech as they shift. And the scenery is amazing and there's a lot of off road Motorsport which I'd be into, beats Disney world hands down
My favourite destination Switzerland, where you can enjoy best holiday vacation around mountains, landscapes, Alps and lakes.
Everywhere :D
