Would you move country's?

Just curious case I'm thinking of moving country so could you tell me where you live now and where you would like to move and why?

I did move and lived in Italy for 14 years for my job. It was a great experience. I spent over 13 years living in Mirandola, Italy and loved it there. I can highly recommend Italy - beautiful art, architecture, scenery and music, interesting local festivals, great people and food. Beaches, mountains, lakes, the ocean, historic sites, world class museums and galleries and a lot of varied things to see and do. The best part is the wonderful Italian people. It's very easy to get out and explore Italy and further in Europe using the trains or budget flights. At a high level, life isn't all that different; you still need to work to support yourself, shop, cook, clean house, etc. It's the details that are different. Life tends to be more relaxed. Rather than driving everywhere i tended to walk or bike places. Life was generally at a slower pace. There were frequently things going on in town and local events tended to have something for the entire family. You could stroll into town in the evening and see a concert, dance recital, play in local dialect or other event in the piazza two or three weeks a night in the summer. The local market was Saturday in the town where I lived and then would move on through other towns during the week. There was a local antiquaria (flea market) the 2nd Sunday of every month where the streets were filled with merchants and people browsing/socializing.

It isn't easy to move from one country to another legally in many cases. I don't think that it would have been possible on my own. In my case I moved because my company asked me to move to the Italian office. Even so it took 8 months to put all the paperwork in place to get a visa that allowed me to live and work there and it was just a transfer of the job I had already been doing for several years.

Yes I would definitily move. I live in Sweden and I have traveled a lot in my time. I've been most part of Asia, South America and my favortie country is Colombia. I could see myself living there in the future.

Why? Sweden and all the Scandinavian countries are great. Safe, clean, opportunities for work and study and all that. But it's extremely insocial. Everyone that comes here from abroad will say the same thing. They have difficulty finding friends and meeting people. And that includes me. I have travled so much that I've more or less lost touch with my old high school and college friends. It's the price you pay. As my friend once said: "Sweden is only good for making money". I just got back from Asia 6 months ago after being gone for 9 months. I'll work not for around 2 years and go out again when I save up money. Maybe for good this time....We'll see.

It's boring where I live (but i'm still grateful to live in a safe country) but i would love to live somewhere more beautiful in terms of scenery and weather but i would need to spend time in certain countries before I can honestly come a conclusion on whether i would want to live there or not.

i live in Beirut Lebanon, where everything makes you find any way to move ! its really a very ugly situation !

they don't respect humans ! no electricity !

no water !

no work ! nothing is good etc...

the night life is good here ! good food ! people love each others but politicians are making it bad ! and to work you need someone well known to push you ! even if you have a bachelor degree but if your grades are high you can work without a push ! if you have money ! you live the best life ever in lebanon ! if you dont you live the ugliest life ever ! thats why i need to move to somewhere ! where i can find someone that respect me

I live in Australia, I have travelled widely in the world, but, I always come back to Australia that is safe, clean, green, sensible, democratic, progressive, vaguely socialistic and multi cultural.
