Low crime, 33 million habitants for the second largest country in the world which is amazing, good economy, low pollution, beautiful places to visit, hot and cold weather during the year, the nature here is amazing, ranges from urban areas like montreal and toronto to the completely rural, self sufficient energy base, overall best country there is
That's subjective. Perfection is subjective.
Some people like to live out in the countryside.. own lots of land, quieter, more privacy, better air.
Some, the city. Be close to all your friends and family, all the shopping places you want/need, eat out, be able to actually WALK or bike places if you don't have a car, etc.
Some, a mix in between.
Perfect place.. well, that'd be something called Paradise. I don't think it exists, except in our minds, or dreams.
For me? I live in the countryside, but it's only 10 miles out from the 'city' or 'civilization'. No car or license, and it sucks bad. I need to get out of here asap. Most likely not in dead center of a downtown area.. but close enough, so I can still bike around.
I would say any English speaking area that does not have a lot of spiders or other poisonous or nasty bugs.. Australia scares me. Texas does too. I think parts of Japan look beautiful, and I love their culture so maybe there for me. Although who knows, it may just be a good visiting place or live for a few years type of place.
Sweden. Clean, fresh air, relaxed lifestyle, modern technology, not over populated, great benefits from government, equal rights, anti- racism, great food and low crime rate.
