My daughter is having her first girls holiday and is 17 years old will she be able to drink alcohol in these places:

1. Portugal

2. Spain

3. Greece

4. Germany

5. France

2. Spain: 16

3. Greece:17 (But no one cares in Greece).

4. Germany: 16 for beer, wine. 18 for spirits.

5. France: 18 (but not too strict)

4. Germany 16 or 18, depending on the type of drink. High alcohol drinks require 18.

1 Portugal - Used to be 16, now is 18, most pubs and bars dont care about the sudden change to 18 years old, if your daughter looks old enough to be 16, they'll let her drink and they won't even ask for her ID

5. France I believe is 18 but I might be wrong.

She'll be fine in most those places, but if you knew what girls get up to on 'girls holidays' you'd be wishing that she couldn't get any
