Depends on what categorie. But the average best countries in the world to live in are: Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland(Scandinavian countries) Netherlands, Australia, Canada, Austria, Switzerland and Israel(bit strange to me). I'm dutch and it is a great country!
You don't live AT a country.
And it depends on YOU...and what YOU like...and what YOU want out of life. For example, if you like to live in big, thick sweaters, a tropical beach paradise isn't what you want.
There are far too many factors for us to answer this, and "someday", things will be different, anyway.

all countries mentioned in this forum are pretty good to live in, however, the biggest challenge will be to get a residence visa for any of these countries unless you are a citizen of the EU and wanna live in a EU country.

Personally, I wont say the USA itself as its too large a place, I have lived in Europe, Asia, Brazil, Australia, and have visited Africa. My Favorite place to live was the USA, in a small town about 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, Roswell, Its very community centered, and a great family place to live, plenty of things to do, and only 30 minutes in town you can watch a variety of sports, go to the Aquarium, the world of coke, basically any place that if nice, but close to a city. Thats my opinion hope you take it into consideration
