I don't plan to stay in Alabama when I graduate so is there anywhere with a good college, a bunch of coffee shops and libraries, and cheap places? Just an over all happy, peaceful place? Anywhere at all?

I have found that happiness comes from

1. Have a job you like

2. Having friends

Find a place with those 2 things and you will be happy. Otherwise it doesn't really matter where you are.
