No. There's no official land border crossing between the 2 countries, and there's no reason why there should be as the Darien Gap is mostly a vast, roadless expanse, and where there are roads it can get really rough. As well, the Darien Gap is reputed to be teeming with criminal activity...not safe at all for someone who wanders in.

I heard that the Pan-American highway basically connects Alaska all the way to South American but is stopped by the "Darien Gap". Is there anyway to cross the area by car?
