If you're running away from your parents, it won't work. You'll have to go back when you run out of money for food and realize you have nowhere to live anyway. Plus they'll probably find you.
If not then make sure you have somewhere to live, pay off all your debts, close your bank accounts, etc. and then get your name changed. Going to a new country usually helps because people have a harder time tracking people in other countries.
You cant run away and vanish out of sight, you got to live and work, need medical assistance or education and training, work and profession, for doing all that, you need an ID, parentage and origin, place of birth and nationality, educational certificates, all that will disclose your true identity at some point, you cant change all of it without being discovered a fraud.

You would have an extremely difficult time doing this. How would you support yourself? You would need valid IDs and some work history in order to get more than a low paying entry level job even then you need a social security number. You won't be able to go outside the country without a passport. It's better and easier to work out your problems than to run away.
