I am looking for good vacation spots for Spring break and Summer. Places with a beach or lakes would be nice. A rental house or a hotel/resort would be fine. It will be a group of young adults/teens so hopefully that gives you enough information to give me suggestions.

A private villa would be best for you I think. Especially if you guys are fond of having exclusive party for your selected friends. If you could, try in Bali Island.

I would go to Hawaii, but it all depends on how much money you have and it depends on if you want to drive or fly. I would go on a vacation that is with 8 hours of where you live.

Dubai is very nice place to vacation

I hear Afghanistan is nice this time of year.
