I'm Spanish and I think you are asking Which of these countries have the more similar Spanish accent. It's depends the zone. I think Costa Rica has the clearest accent of these countries.

All those countries speak different from what you hear in Spain spoken from Spaniards, none of those countries would work for you, that is like me saying I am leaning English from the one you hear in England, but I am going on the holidays to America, what state would be great for me to visit? The answer will be obvious, because America's English is very different from the one in England.
