My sister and i want to go somewhere this spring break. I was wondering where is the best place to travel without a car , a place where its mostly walking distance to other places or easy public transportation and somewhere that was a lot of great shopping malls and outlets.

go to dubai lots of shopping malls and you dont need a car to get around taxis are really cheap and they have a metro, its also a lovely city and lovely beaches too
