They are a scam, they request your 26.00 to send you your prize of 1,000,000. Why don't they send your million prize and subtract the 26.00 from there?, I wouldn't mind, would you?
Yes. If you read the reverse side of the Confirmed and Validated Confirmation letter and read the odds it states that the odds are 1:1,000,000 to win the top prize of 1,677,519.00, same for the $5000.00 prize all the way down to the odds of winning $1 yes that's one dollar! are 1:1 Sooo after reading the fine print you learn that if you send them $26 you will win $1. This was sent to my 93yo father who comes from the generation where you trusted people. I am submitting it to the attorney general's office in my state to see if anything can be done about preying on the elderly like this.
