I cant decide on which two of there places I will visit.
What two countries do you think will be best for me.

Cheap budget (low thousands)

Never been overseas
strongly dislikes curry or spicey foods
Dislikes having to 'haggle' people for a good price on purchases
dislike of humidity
dont want to visit beaches
id like a place with lots of tourists or english speaking people
On the basis of cheap budget places even you will get touch with their culture, historical places and much more, According to me you should go with India, Nepal and Shri Lanka. Choice is yours..... :)
India is the best for travel especially kullu and manaali...
Thailand is very cheap and safe.
Try the Kamchatka Peninsula in Eastern Siberia, Fire, ice and bears!!!!
If cost of your backpack trip is your top priority, I would go for India and Nepal
