The most violent racism in Latin America is against idigenous people not against black people. The amount of massacres of native peoples wanting rights in Guatemala over the past 50 years would put it as the most racist in my mind. In general the population of Latin America is last racist than the U.S. however.

There's no such thing as a racist country. In any country you'll find racist people and non-racist people.

I'm from Colombia and I want to know which country in South america is the most racist. Many people say Colombia is a racist country, but I don't think so. I know many Colombian people and they're not racist, only they do make lots of jokes. But African Colombian people don't get as offended.
