I'd recommend Mazatlan, Sonolor, Mexico. It's a really beautiful place and it's fairly cheap. You mentioned you like to go on adventures and nature, this place is by the ocean with mountains and hills. I'm sure you can find some kind of adventure. It's a great relaxing place for you to get away. In addition, there are other food, not just seafood. They're fairly cheap. It's probably one of the cheapest places you can travel outside the U.S.
