Which food or delicacy of Austria that has captured your taste? I will be traveling for a seminar on Austria this April. I think we will be having a day for touring so I want to try eating the best food in town. Tafelspitz is my favorite. Palatschinken is another very good dish; you can get the pancakes with either sweet or savory fillings
