If you have breathing problems and you can't breath when it's over 95 degrees, and I don't have a license and can't walk for over half a mile without suffocating, what state and city would be best for me to go to for the summer?

Minneapolis, MN

Anywhere in Colorado

Seattle WA. It rarely gets that hot.

Though I find the dry heat of Las Vegas is good for me.

Hobart Tasmania would be my suggestion.
