The Lao People's Democratic Republic
Crime is pretty much nonexistent in Laos at least compared to America or England. Laos is growing at a rate of 8.3 per year compared to Americas 3.2 growth rate, meaning that the Government will be investing more and more in health, education and housing!
For visiting it was rated one of the top destinations in the world and receives millions in visitors per year especially popular with Thais and Vietnamese.
It is very clean compared to China or America due to most of its power coming from clean and powerful Hydroelectric plants!
It's a very free country with freedom of speech guaranteed
If you're looking for adventure Laos is a favorite among hikers and backpackers.
If you're looking for kindness Laos is one of t he happiest countries in the world and with personal experience I can say as a fact that the people are nice then ANY country I'll every been too, it's very laid back and relaxing.
There is no such thing as one "best country". I mean, Canada is certainly a nice country, but if you don't like snow, I wouldn't recommend living there. The C?te d'Azur is nice, too, but I think you'd have to speak French to enjoy living there, and of course you'd have to like the sun.
So basically, if you want to move to another country, you'd have to find out what it is that you miss most where you are living now, and then try to find a suitable place.
there is NO "best country" or best beach or best city... is all personal all relative
as for the poor fools above who put america and freedom ... yeah the freedom to get killed by some loonie with an assault rifle while you are at school or in the movies
so considering personal opinion my home country of australia would be my answer

Tie for me. Im a proud Canadian so ill choose Canada. Freedom here is unbelieveable and this year we placed fourth for safest country. Another country would be SK (South Korea) so much to do there and the girls are breath taking.
